Easy to use:
Prepare your surface by cleaning or sanding
Prime the surface if necessary with Atlas Water based Primer
Apply the paint with a brush or roller.
Apply second coat if necessary.

Use Atlas Dynamite cleaner and water, alternatively, you can use Atlas Brush Cleaner.
